XRScaleKit
From a shelf of headsets to an XR fleet that educators can actually run.

The problem
Preparing headsets, installing content, and coordinating classroom sessions becomes difficult as a shared XR fleet grows.
The work
XRScaleKit connects headset management, application delivery, reservations, and remote session control. I contribute to the platform at DashXR, alongside a five-person team. At TU Delft it supports daily campus reservations, more than 100 headsets, over 100 students and teachers, and a library of 50+ XR applications.
My contribution
XR developer on the DashXR team. My work spans remote-control runtime and backend integration, managed video playback, Android device onboarding and status, and reservation workflows.
The result
100+ headsets, 100+ students and teachers, and 50+ XR applications supported at TU Delft.
- Daily use for campus XR reservations at TU Delft
- A shared platform for headset operations and application delivery
- Support for educators preparing multi-headset sessions
